We accept returns for unworn jewelry with all original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date, except for personalized jewelry + bracelets.

EXCHANGES:
We accept exchanges for unworn jewelry within 21 days of the delivery date, except for personalized jewelry + bracelets.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value

- Before you store items, wipe down with a cloth and store in a sealed bag.

- Do not wear it to the shower, pool, or gym, etc., as sweat/water will damage the tarnish resistant outer coat. Don't let chemicals sit on your necklace.
- When finished wearing, wipe down with cloth and place in sealed bag to prevent tarnishing.
